Power BI Course – Basic (English)
Learn the fundamentals of Power BI! After following this Power BI Basic course you can, among other things, make advanced analyzes, interactive reports and data models. You get direct access to all important data from local and cloud-based sources such as Excel, AFAS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and hundreds of other programs. Do you want to share this data directly with your colleagues? Then we help you get to know the many possibilities of Power BI Desktop, so you can do everything simpler and faster. In this course you will also learn how to set up a Power BI model with Dim and Fact tables.
You will be guided through recognizable examples through the first basic formulas of the DAX formula language. DAX is a formula language with which you can perform all kinds of calculations with your data in Microsoft Power BI. The language is comparable, sometimes even identical, to Excel formulas. But with DAX even more is possible and the usage is a bit more complex.
You use the Power Query and Power Pivot functions to collect, clean and enrich business data via standard tools and the start of DAX. After you have designed a BI (Business Intelligence) model, you can start analysis and reporting via the Pivot Table function. Finally, you learn how you can publish your reports to PowerBI.com and how you can share them with your colleagues.

During this 2-day Power BI course in English, you will receive, in addition to many exercises, various practical examples to work with. As a result, after the courses you know how to make effective, efficient analyzes, interactive reports and dashboards instantly. This allows you to apply multiple components of Power BI after following this course.
